ABOUT CUSTOM LEVELS

 We are qualified as WOB, DBE, MBE, and SDBE that thrives as one of Maryland's full service contractors. Our main office is in the heart of Baltimore City's masterplan.

From 2002 through 2004, Custom Levels, LLC developed and implemented a customized construction training curriculum for the Baltimore City Empowerment Zone. The program provided hands-on training in bricklaying, drywall installation, and construction labor skills, helping participants develop practical skills for careers in the construction industry.

The training program was designed around small cohorts of approximately six participants per 6–8 week session, allowing for individualized instruction and hands-on learning.

Upon successful completion of the program, participants received a certificate of completion and were prepared to transition directly into employment. Qualified graduates were either offered employment opportunities with Custom Levels, LLC or assisted in pursuing positions with other construction and remodeling companies.

This early workforce development initiative reflects Custom Levels, LLC's longstanding commitment to not only improving properties, but also building skills, creating employment opportunities, and developing the next generation of construction professionals.

In addition to our construction and renovation services, Custom Levels, LLC provides a preventive maintenance and education program called “The Healthcare of Your HOME.”

The program helps homeowners and businesses better understand how to care for and protect their properties through quarterly and annual preventive maintenance practices. Clients learn how to identify potential concerns, maintain critical systems, and address routine maintenance before small problems become costly repairs.
